The Field Supervisor's role is to keep our projects on track from start to finish, manage the schedule, order materials, and coordinate the manpower for our projects. The Supervisor and Project Manager make up the key project team and decide a project's success or failure.
The Estimator's role is to perform quantity take-offs, finalize estimates, lock in work for the future, constantly have their eye on the horizon for new potential projects or areas, and to build relationships with Owners, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.
The Project Manager's role is to coordinate with the Architect, Engineer, Owner, and our field Supervision to facilitate a successful project. The Project Manager and Supervisor make up the key project team and decide a project's success or failure.
