Working closely with the architects at Aubertine & Currier and the representatives of Waste Management of NY, CON TECH is delivering the complete package. Having secured both the facility and the site work contracts, CON TECH is constructing a High Bay Maintenance Facility with an attached 3660 SF Office Space that will accommodate 24 Waste management employees. The office space includes a state-of-the-art heat recovery system and the maintenance bay is hydronically heated. Additionally, CON TECH is completing the site work that will include a 66,000SF asphalt paved parking area, a 27,000SF concrete paved parking area, stormwater retention features, lighting and landscaping.
