CON TECH teamed with King & King Architects, LLP to build this 7,400SF facility for the St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center. This facility includes a vehicle maintenance building with an attached administrative office.

The office structure is wood framed construction and the vehicle maintenance side is constructed with structural steel and architectural masonry block. The overall site includes 54,000 SF of asphalt parking area with full storm drainage and retention pond.
