Safety Policy
The safety of CON TECH Building Systems, Inc. (CTBS) employees is of prime importance. It is the responsibility of our project supervisors to provide all CTBS employees with a safe and healthy work place. Safety training is provided to each employee so you can better understand the safety practices of CTBS.
As an employee of CTBS, you have the responsibility to comply with these safe practices and all other project specific safety requirements. It is the goal of CTBS to achieve zero accidents. It is expected that each and every CTBS employee will work together in a safe environment to achieve this goal.
It is the policy of CTBS to have an open-door policy regarding employee safety and health concerns. If any employee is ever in doubt or has a safety concern, always consult with the Project Manager or office to clarify the question or eliminate the concern. Performance demands shall never take precedence over proper work practices. The safe practices outlines in this book are designed to ensure your safety.
